Landro Play Analyzer was designed to be easy to use, so you won’t need much help! But Landro Support will help when you have questions or problems.  If you need help using Landro, our step-by-step video tutorials are the best place to begin. If you can’t find what you’re looking for there, email us at support@landro.com.

Three Landro Support Modules

These modules require the use of TeamViewer Remote Desktop Access and Support Software. The links below will download an executable file that will automatically install a free copy of TeamViewer on your computer.

Landro Quick Support

Click on the support icon below and run the program. Don’t worry, nothing will be installed on your computer.

In a minute you will be presented with an ID number.

When you have the ID, email it to support@landro.com

Landro Webinar

The Landro Webinar link below will be initiated by way of a private email sent to you.

Landro Host

Click on the Landro Host icon below and run the program. A Teamviewer (Landro Host) software will be installed on your computer. You may need your IT department to install this software, if you do not have administrator privileges.

In a few minutes, you will be presented with an ID number. Email the ID number and password to your Landro representative at support@landro.com. Your PC is now set up to have Landro remotely support you.
