Administrator Tool Refresher Training Session

This training session covers the use of the Administrator tool of the Landro Enterprise Edition system and is designed for the person or persons designated as the administrator of the Landro system. There is also a section using the Landro Enterprise client application for setting up the catalog system (playbook). We recommend this training take place at least a week in advance of the client user training to allow time for the administrators to familiarize themselves with the system.

  • Encoder/Server breakdown
  • Camera setup
  • Assigning licenses to individual PCs

  • Explanation of the user capabilities
  • Explanation of the recording folder system and how it applies to users
  • Explanation of the catalog system ("playbook" in client application)

The bulk of the administrator training and most questions revolve around the system user setup and playbook structure. A Question and answer session follows, including the ability to review any section of the training a second time.

ON SITE Administration Tool training: We also offer one in-person 3-5 hour training session plus an open-ended question and answer period. Most customers do not have the need for on-site training since Landro has been designed to be easily used and trainable via the Internet. However, if your facility decides an on-site visit is necessary, simply add $1,000 per day, plus travel and lodging expenses, to the training session pricing.
