Landro Hardware Replacement Consultation

Over time, you may find the need to replace one of your Landro servers (Central, Encoder, or Media Server). We provide instructions for this process in our Landro Enterprise Server Replacement Guide. However, replacement of your Central server is the most complex, and that process requires help from Landro.

We perform the setup and configuration of your server remotely. (Your new server will need to have web browser access to the Internet in order for us to connect.) This process includes the transfer of Landro accounts and permissions from your old Central server, if available. This setup should be coordinated with your IT staff since some minimal on-site interaction is required. The process generally takes only a couple of hours, but it is best to allot a full day for the setup.

ON SITE hardware replacement consultation and guidance is seldom necessary since your IT staff is more familiar with your facility than we are. We do however offer on-site visits as our schedule allows. Simply add $1,000 per day plus travel and lodging expenses to the replacement consultation pricing.
