Landro User's GuideLandro Enterprise Edition Support |
Logging InWhen starting the Landro Play Analyzer software, you will initially be presented with the Login screen.
There are two methods of logging in: direct login, and using login shortcuts. Start by using the direct login method. Direct LoginStart by clicking on the "Login" tab. This asks you for several pieces of information. You should have been provided with a user name and password for working with Landro; this is not necessarily the same as your Windows login or any other user accounts you may have. The choice of "Landro Central" is usually picked for you, unless your school uses more than one Landro Enterprise system on the same network. Similarly, the "Database" choice is usually picked for you, unless there is more than one Landro system on your Landro central server... in which case you should also have been told which database to use with your user name.
To log in, simply enter all of your information, and click the Login button. If you forgot to include any information, you will be prompted to enter it. Otherwise, if your information is correct you will now be logged into the Landro system. Login ShortcutsLogin shortcuts are helpful for saving login information that is routinely entered by you or by others using the same computer. To use login shortcuts, start by clicking on the "Shortcuts" tab.
Initially you will need to create a shortcut. Click the "New" button, and the "Create Login Shortcut" screen will appear. Enter any information that you wish to save with the shortcut. Large green checkmarks highlight each piece of information that will be saved with the shortcut. Any information not contained in the shortcut will be requested at login time.
If you save your password as part of the shortcut, you will be prompted for confirmation. Click the "Save" button. Complete the shortcut creation process by choosing a folder and a file name for the newly created shortcut file. The new shortcut will now be displayed in the "recent" list. Select your shortcut, then click the "Login" button to login using the shortcut. You will be prompted to enter any missing login information.
If the information is correct, you will now be logged into the Landro system. Other shortcut options:
