Landro Priority Telephone Support

The Landro web site contains a variety of resources for supporting your Landro products: how-to videos, manuals, Frequently Asked Questions and more. You can also get free technical support by e-mail to support@landro.com. However, your needs may require a more premium support option than this.

Priority Telephone Support is a paid option for speaking directly to a Landro support representative by phone. The charge for this service is $99 per incident (that is, if you need follow-up phone calls on the same problem, there is no additional charge, but a different problem will require another $99 charge).

The paid Landro support phone number is 412.567.1436. Please call between the hours of 8:30AM and 4:30PM Eastern Standard Time. If your call cannot be taken immediately, please leave voice mail and a support representative will return your call in the order in which it was received.

When calling for support, please be near the computer running Landro software, or your Landro hardware. We will need to know the serial number or activation number of your software in order to help you best. For your first call on a new support incident, please also have a current Visa, MasterCard or American Express card handy in order to begin the support session.
